The techs are amazing- Jason, Clayton, victor, and Ahmad! We feel like we got good value. We have worked through Home Depot sub contractors in the past and are always happy with who they use. This is a large established company and the Sarasota office is great to problem solve. 8/29/24 adding from out maintenance visit today- Jeffrey is awesome!! We will happily have him every visit. A determined the capacitor was working below level and was able to change out today and got us a discount.

Highly Recommend!!! I signed up for a promotional special with Cool Today for an HVAC check-up. A technician showed up and then promptly left, stating he had an emergency call to get to. Emergencies happen, I know, but was a little annoyed he gave me recourse. I called Cool Today and asked them to dispatch another technician. They were courteous and helpful and sent a technician right away. This second technician, Jeff, was a doll! Upon arrival, this young man apologized on behalf of Cool Today for the inconvenience. I have been so pleased with every interaction I’ve had with Cool Today personnel. They have all been professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. I would highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.
