I had been a client for three+ years with excellent results; plus a fun place to be. But, this year I had to stop due to some issues. Then, after six months being away (from Mike Edwards, the owner), I contacted him with a problem that I was having with my right leg; so bad, that I had to use a cane half the time. With just a 30 minute session, Mike diagnosed my problem, demonstrated the exercises that would help me, and four hours later I am walking with no cane. Fabulous place! The owner, Mike Edwards, with whom I have been working for two years, is more knowledgeable and (more importantly), more effective than five PT professionals that we have used. He produces great results and is an exceptionally nice person. He has an excellent facility with all the latest equipment, in a friendly atmosphere.
I can highly recommend Fitness Inside & Out as I have been training with them for many years. Their wonderful staff have helped me keep fit and healthy in a clean, pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I would never have been able to keep up my lifestyle of adventure travel on 7 continents, hiking and sailing, all these years without them!
