I have Fanily Air out for a service call this morning. The technician , Tony, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He gave me an estimate and I agreed and they got the job done the same day. Most of the time was spent fixing a different companies screw ups which the correct way and after he was done, he had many pictures to show me of the completed job. I was 100% satisfied. Being an myself for the last 20 years I was happy to see a company finally not try to oversell products that you don't need. And air is one of those companies. Very honest and I would recommend them anyone looking for work on their or heating and HVAC system.
I had an outstanding experience with Family Air Conditioning and Heating when my AC units suddenly stopped working on a hot Sunday. I was worried I'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed, but their team came through for me when I needed it the most. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and reassuring, and they dispatched a technician to my home. I've always been impressed with Family's Air level of service and integrity. I'm thankful they serve the community by giving free second opinions. There's a lot of dishonestly in the AC industry and people don't have thousands of extra dollars to be spending for no good reason or be charged the highest rates in the nation for repairs. Thank you for standing out in your field. Your priority is clearly customer service! I appreciate you.
