The owner was very professional and attended to my concern immediately. The crew was very , very professional and utmost pleasant.

We called Expert Air Services in Naples to do routine maintenance as well as get an opinion on the condition of our 2 year old unit, as another company recommended replacing our compressor. Wade showed up on time, introduced himself, asked if he should take his shoes off (loved this!) and was ready to go to work. While he was conducting the maintenance of the handler, compressor and condensor, he welcomed my questions and explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and what to do/look for to enhance the longevity of our HVAC units. I purchased a Trane A/C system from Expert Air and I am so impressed with their product and service! Kenny and his crew came in early, got straight to work on tearing out the old system and installing the new system which included new duct work. They installed it all in one day!
