Our community contract stated they would prime all walls. They did not prime any walls that the floor was brick. They did not prime the interior lanai walls. I understand that priming is necessary for older stucco walls.Service: Exterior painting
I do not recommend the Roofing Division of this company at all, I actually worked here. Very unorganized, full of inexperienced employees. They have supervisors with no roofing experience at all. There leader one roofing is worthless. Stay clear of this division if you want a good roof job. I am a 15 year roofer, and this is not where you want to go.
Elias Brothers Group Contracting Division turned my nightmare into a dream. After discovering a leak in my garage from an upstairs bathroom and having to start a demo and then the discovery of additional damages due to a a window leak. Elias Brothers Group showed up and did a phenomenal job. Pictures cannot even show the professionalism which each employee showed.
