Emily and her colleagues are the best. For over 20 years meeting and exceeding expectation!! New glasses and many repairs as I am "rough" on my glasses! This review prompted as I was in Wednesday for another repair and pronto - "done well" exceeding expectation!
My wife came into Edward Beiner Eye Wear at the Waterside Shops in Naples FL about a month ago with a broken arm on her Maui Jim sunglasses that were purchased about 3 years ago. Emily saw to it that we had a top notch experience! She collected the glasses that day. She called right afterward to let us know the status of the repair. The part was ordered and she repaired the glasses and returned them to her within 3 weeks. Our treatment was polite and professional and for that reason and our previous treatment when the glasses were purchased we will continue to be loyal Edward Beiner customers !
