We’ve used Collier Appliance twice. Most recent Jesse fixed SubZero refrigerator. Showed us what was wrong, gave quote & repaired. He was pleasant, experienced and left everything tidy.

Great service call from Jessie. Honestly advised that the replacement refrigerator door gasket could not be used to replace the manufacturer's now damaged part. He said there was no way to install the part because it can only be installed at the factory using foam adhesive pressed in. Otherwise, he cleaned the refrigerator and freezer drains which solved the two problems of excessive moisture and ice accumulation. Only negative is that when I made the appointment, the customer service representative advised buying the gasket from a third party, but then the technician and his supervisor said it could not be installed successfully. They should coordinate with the people making appointments on this issue. Not cheap, but quality work, which is more important.
