I just spoke with a gentleman from Captain Steamer who after a few questions was able to advise me that it was not probable that a stain could be removed. I appreciate it when a company is upfront and candid about the potential for a less than satisfactory result. He was quick to respond to my call and professional in his response.

Pressed marble tile floor cleaned AND all the grout lines! I was amazed and thrilled! Also cleaned white wool wall to wall in MBR. WOW! What a terrific job. 5 stars not enough for Captain Steamer!Service: General carpet cleaning
