Nick Brett of All Star A/C was sent to complete the annual maintenance on my a/c unit. It was my first time having such work done by All Star. Nick was helpful, professional, knowledgeable, informative, industrious, polite and hard working, and did not rush through the work. In all the years I've had this work done by employees of other companies, these traits combined with his congenial, pleasant and friendly personality have never been matched by anyone else. Couldn't definitively identify the specific cause of the malfunction. Parts are unavailable. Refrigerant is unobtainable. The whole system is obsolete. Other than that ... Nicholas was smart & friendly & was able to explain clearly what our situation was & what our options were. We look forward to seeing a proposal. Always a pleasure to work w/ you guys.

I always use All Star for my HVAC systems. The keep everything up and running with no problems. Good customer service and knowledgeable service techs.
Recently had a new AC installed it went so smoothly. It is great to have the peace of mind that I can trust the techs to get the job done right as promised.
