BEWARE! Our condo association had no issue with the quality of work provided by Advanced Power. We were however surprised that they did not disclose a 15% ""standard flat rate fee on all projects for permit document preparation,etc". They did highlight in their quote that permit fee's were not included, but if it's a standard fee why not disclose it. In our situation, the processing of permits cost $3000.
