Had appointment for hvac replacement set for 7am to 9am. No-one showed or called. Seems typical of some contractors.
Sorry for the bad review. There was a mistake on my part. They did show up and waiting for quote today.

Awesome company and service. Called them for first time as we just moved to Naples. Showed up in an hour, did what needed to be done and technician was top pro. Won’t call anybody else for heating and AC. Thanks guys.

It's a family business where the owners live here in our community. So, I think that's one of the reasons why they have a lot of integrity. I found them on Facebook about 5 years ago when I was asking for people's help. Since then they have not only serviced my old unit, but eventually replaced it with my current ac system. This time I asked for a delay timer to be put on our unit to help with power surges. Really, all homeowners living in SWFL should consider putting on a delay timer when protecting their ac investment... read full review
