This lady is very angry Not patient. She did not listen to my concerns and she did not answer my questions in a timely manner. She was very rude and offensive. Every time I try to ask her to clarify a question she would be very offended and she would remind me of all her degrees in years of experience therefore I had no right to ask Ask questions. I would not recommend this company or this lady Alba Lucia..
