We recently made a move from another Homewatch company to 1-Stop Homewatch Services and we cannot be happier with the decision . David and his team are fantastic. Phones are answered, communication is great and the Homewatch reports are thorough and detailed. 1-Stop Homewatch gives us peace of mind that our home is well looked after when we are not there. We have used different home watching services before but nothing even comes close to the excellent service we get from David's family owned and operated company. It probably is due to his engineering back ground that he is so detailed oriented and thorough. We love his inspection reports which are sent to us via an email which links us to an online user friendly portal, complete with comments and pictures. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. It definitely is good to see your home as oppose to just reading about it. He inspects, checks, and takes care of everything from looking for leaks, to checking the indoor humidity, to watering our plants, to forwarding our mail. His price for service is reasonable and affordable. Communication is key. David is always friendly and quick to respond to our emails and any additional services we need.
