These guys have worked on properties I manage for years. They have ALWAYS been very prompt, responsive, and fair with everything they've done for us. I would trust them to work on any of my personal properties any time.
Kyle came out and was fantastic. Another Port Charlotte AC company came out prior to Kyle, diagnosed the problem as a faulty condenser motor and bad capacitor. They quoted me $1751.26 to replace them plus a $90 service call fee. Kyle said the capacitor tested fine and it would just be a motor replacement. Total was $691, a savings of $1150.26. Trust this company they are wonderful.
