Customer service was outstanding from beginning to completion. I had some personal complications but they were helpful and considerate through it all. It's not common these days to find a business that cares for the customer. The techs were professional and did an outstanding job quickly and just as contracted. Thank You all at Family Fence, Tampa!!

We received 4 estimates and decided to go with Family Fence for a few reasons. One of my biggest concerns about having a fence built was our irrigation being damaged. Kevin (who came & did our estimate) reassured us that family fence would reimburse us for repairs if anything should happen. Not only that, but Family Fence was the only company that provided all of the necessary information (ie product info/brochure & business license info) in this nice little folder when they came to our house to do the estimate. I contacted several fence companies for an estimate to replace our wooden fence that had one foot in the grave & family fence company was one of them. Kevin showed up on time & and was by far the most professional of all. He offered a summer special if we acted fast. We needed a neighbor’s approval before moving forward & it was well past the allotted time when they agreed. When I contacted Kevin to give them the green light they said they would honor the sale price. That means a lot in an economy like this.
