I saw everything was very professional very organized except for one thing 9:30 in the morning I didn’t have the serum till 1230 sat around for three hours I think it’s unacceptable otherwise perfect experience
Well ..I learned Mondays the busy day. Yikes! But passed the time talking to the others waiting. Your staff was great and friendly even though they were out straight. Doc was right to the point and set me up to return in a month's time thanks ....I'll be back.
The staff were all welcoming, and did not seem rushed or stressed. The ophthalmology assistant was very competent. Dr. Bauman is highly experienced and inspires confidence in his manner.
