I am cringing just thinking about my appointment and I will not be going back. I saw nurse practitioner Evan. I didn't feel that my issues were really taken into consideration. She kept suggesting cosmetic surgery for my skin irritations. She didn't take much time to discuss with me what could be causing the issues. She just wanted to refer me to the cosmetic dermatologist. At one point one of my concerns was focused on my private area, usually there is a lot of caution and discretion when it comes to that part of my body. I had the pleasure to see Dr. Jain for a few skin issues. Not only is her bedside manner as good as it gets, she has the knowledge to back it up. Working in the healthcare industry myself it is very hard to find that balance when it comes to the providers and staff. I am on my way for recovery after months of home remedies thanks to Dr. Jain. I have also referred other family members to Dr. Jain and I am confident she will take good care of them as well. She sets the bar very high with providing not only a excelled clinical basis but also her proactive and compassionate sides of being a medical providers.

Horrible service. Messed up my sons accutane prescription. Went in last month for his appt and they were in the back for a meeting and never came out then they sent me a bill for a missed appt? Inconsiderate and rude at our appt and refused to give my teen the rest of his medicine even though his doctor in Kentucky prescribed it and we just moved here. He still has two months left and they will not refill for him. Would never recommend this location
