My experience with Great Lakes Carpet and Tile was great! Denise came to my house to ensure measurements were correct and to match laminate samples with my other rooms. Josh did a great job ripping up the old carpeting and installing the new laminate!! Great experience all around!! I recommend them highly!!

My husband and I went to get new flooring for our house. Our sales associate was Wendy Johnson and let me tell you just how incredible she was! She went above and beyond helping us find what we wanted. Wendy was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable with everything. She rarely missed any of my phone calls but if she did, she always got back to me within a timely fashion.Needless to say, if we redo our flooring in the future, we will ONLY go back to see Wendy Johnson!Thank you, Wendy Johnson!!!

I replaced my bedroom carpet with New carpet from Great Lakes Carpet & Tile, Quality Service from store purchase to craftsmanship on installation. Customer Service outstanding. Very nice experience with this company. Myrna Sheikowitz
