I found this local builder and was thrilled to have a family owned business and not a big company where you’re just a number.The customer service from the front desk personnel to the final finishing of our home was a pleasure I didn’t want to go thru the building process because of the horror stories I was told. None of this was true.I would do it all over again. The entire staff from the owners, the salesperson Kristin to the guys in the field, Will and Tony, were very helpful and answered all our questions and concernsGreat experience. With CJB being a VERY family oriented business the best way for them to get business is doing an excellent job with the work they do. There's a reason why they're still in business going on the 3rd generation. =)I recently had my home built (1st home by the way) with CJB and they did an excellent job start to finish. Cost were spot on. Kristin was extremely friendly from the beginning and the crew that works for them is incredibly nice (kudos to Will, Tony and G!!) and will bend over backwards to assist you in what you need and want in the home. I would absolutely recommend them if you decide to build a home at a fair price and I will definitely be going back to them...read full review

CJB built our forever home. From the first day we walked into their office until we did the final walk through. It was a most pleasant experience for both my wife and myself. Their entire team works to make sure every question or concern are answered quickly and explain the outcome to make sure it was what our vision was.
From sitting in the office making the floor plan and picking all of the design features it was a true professional experience.
They probably have not had a customer like me that was on site every day of the building process. Their field crew and sub contractors were very professional and were ready to answer all of my questions.
