After being sick since the 9th of January and seen elsewhere, I came in today and had a great experience. Jamie was amazing! She provided excellent patient teaching and made sure everything was taken care of. I’m so glad I came in.
Tonight I was seen by Jamie Ashcroft APRN. She took her time with me and explained everything in a way that I would understand. Even telling me a personal story about a friend of hers so that I’d get my act together and start taking care of myself better. She went advice and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her for that. Scheduling online was easy. Once seen, the PA listened, checked and determined how I was feeling matched/symptoms what she saw. In/out and meds started so my road to recovery is fast tracked.
