You can never get hold of the company when you need them. I emailed them 3 times, called them numerous times and no one got back to me for more than a month. This is not good.

Update. I wrote to the parent company Simpson Nursery and finally got part of the issues resolved. And I am still waiting for my store credit.

Second update. They helped me getting replacement trees. Their tree qualities are superb...always potted, and always have leaves. Even though you have to pay for the shipping $15 per plant. I am updating review.

I ordered a magnolia tree. Ran into shipping issues and the company took care of it to my complete satisfaction. Excellent customer service and products. Will buy from them again.

I ordered a number products online and had them delivered to my home. They all arrived beautifully and very quickly! They are thriving and doing well. I will order again for my next project!
