I've been coming to this nail spa for many years, and I've never had a disappointment. I usually get my nails done with anyone available because their work is always excellent and consistent with anyone that's worked on my nails, however today I had a really nasty experience. I have never been treated so rudely. I requested a mani and pedi and when I was telling the nail tech how short I wanted my nails she moved my hand away like saying get out of the way! she was in a really bad mood, she rushed through the process, and cut my nails too much and they are not even! I went to this place today with the intention to relax a little bit nut it was completely the opposite; I don't know the name of lady. she is a little heavier than the rest and always wear a ripped jean, poor customer service, extremely rude nail tech!

This place just looks nice but the nail tech rushed doing my pedi, no cuticles removed, she barely tapped my toe nails with the tools! I tipped her because I’m nice but her job needs more polish! I’ll take my $$ elsewhere!

I really like coming here. There is always nail tech available, meaning no wait time. They are all very nice and professional. They all do really good job. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm.
