They were going to charge me over $400 for my prescription glasses in store. When I discussed what my insurance covers and asked why they were charging so high they were unable to answer and still gave the same price. I left the store with my prescription, completed my prescription and insurance at Target Optical online and got the correct price (under $100). Shame on you for overcharging.

The service from the Target Optical team was amazing. Dr.Alcinor has excellent "bed side" manner, a pleasant demeanor and an inviting personality. It was very easy to connect with her and she made me feel like I was important. Most importantly, she was extremely knowledgable and diligent. She should be the standard for all providers. Dr. Alcinor is amazing. I went to her for the first time a few years ago and she's the first eye doctor who didn't just do the tests on me and write me a prescription. She was the first doctor who ever told me specifically what was going on with my eyes: that one was far sighted and one was near sighted, and then she took her time explaining why I needed glasses and how that affected my every day life (for example, I required glasses to get a driver's license for that reason, long story). She's amazing and you can tell she really goes above and beyond to make sure her patients get the care they need.
