When our hose broke off Monday night we had to shut off the main line. Alex showed up within 30 minutes of calling to assess the issue. He provided us two options with pricing each. We scheduled the repair for the following morning. Him and the crew arrived on time and jumped right into the repairs. They were so thorough and organized. My repair consisted of cutting through a wall and lifting bushes to get to the lines. I was worried about this but quickly put at ease when I saw how meticulous they were. Had a leak in an outside the house shutoff valve. I didn’t even know since when had that been leaking. Called Grand Rooter and sure enough they came within one hour as promised. Resolved the issue effectively. Alex was great, very knowledgeable and courteous. No hidden charges. Received better price that another company I had called before.
