Known for their iconic service, the boutique is dedicated to keeping up with the latest innovations, products, and techniques in the industry. The staff, including Gaby Urrutia, are described as professional, sweet, and delicate. The booking process is seamless, parking is convenient, and the interior design is pleasing. Customers appreciate the soothing ambiance and the transformation they experience after each appointment. Although threading can be found for a lower price elsewhere, customers are willing to pay a few extra dollars at Brows on Main for the detail-oriented service and overall positive experience.
