I've worked out all my life , I'm a real GymRat! After completing my " No brain NO PAIN one on one workout I realized John Grizzly is the toughest challenge I've ever encounter in my 38 years ! This guy is phenomenal, a real workout warrior , and full of knowledge and helped me reach my goal before I expected to ! Best in Destin !!! Thanks John !!
