We stayed at Beach Manor, Tops'l, unit 709. The unit itself is decorated nicely, has nice features and accommodations, and was very clean. We had one problem with the coffee maker and Gibson delivered a new coffee maker within a couple of hours after we contacted them. We like this particular unit for it's location overlooking the beach, and the comfortable furniture. The TV worked well, allowing us access to our own streaming services.
We've used Gibson services for several years and have no complaints. They are easy to communicate with, and very responsive.
Richard helped me with a last minute reservation and I could not be more pleased. He was so kind to give additional help on a beach chair company. He also said all of our rentals have 2 beach chairs if we want to carry to the beach and save money. Richard let me know that he would be working the week end and if we needed anything to call.
From here forward, I will always go through Gibson Vacation Rentals and skip the other 2 where you can never get a person to speak with.

Excellent experience ! the pictures were not fake ! the home looks like the pictures . everything was clean. the host was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 for me. I would book again !
