Floorzz

Floorzz is a family-owned and operated business, based in the Florida Panhandle, that offers premium and unique flooring products. They have established trusted relationships with their vendors to provide customers with high-quality products at great prices. The staff at Floorzz have extensive daily experience with the products they sell, as well as installation and aftermarket information. A customer from the Northeast had a positive experience with Floorzz when they needed two additional boxes of flooring to complete their kitchen. The flooring they needed had been discontinued in September, but the customer was able to find it on the Floorzz website. Despite being available on other websites, Floorzz was the only one that allowed the customer to place an order. Communication with the company was excellent, and the customer received the flooring by early afternoon on Friday, allowing installation to take place that day. Carisa, a representative from Floorzz, was also praised for her fantastic help and great communication during the purchasing process. The customer was very satisfied with their floors and thanked Carisa for her excellent service. Karen Belanger, another customer, had a positive experience with Diane Tucker from Floorzz. Karen needed to arrange the drop-off and pick-up of her kitchen flooring while she was in Florida for a short time. Diane handled the request professionally and accommodated Karen's specific dates, even though she was living in Canada. Karen was impressed with Diane's service and recommended her to anyone. Karen has not yet installed the floor but was thankful for Diane's help and easy-to-talk-to nature.
