I give Tim Sowell Roofing Company a five stars rating. Mr. Sowell replaced two roofs for me for two separate homes and at separate times. I evaluated over ten proposals from companies in our area. The Sowell Roofing proposal included better materials and more additional options at the same price as the lowest bids. The Company completed the work on time as promised, and I was amazed in both jobs to find a number of unexpected improvements like color matching vents for no additional charge. The quality of the work was exceptional. I feel like I have a roofer in the family.

Mr Sowell and his roofer were great. I had a leak and called on Monday, he came out that day and gave me a price. His guy came out on Tuesday and finished on Wednesday he worked very hard and repaired the roof even matching the shingles. Everything was cleaned up as he was working, he had to replace rotted wood 2 drain vents and the shingles. I highly recommend Sowell Roofing. They were both a pleasure to work with. Their prices are very reasonable.

After receiving a call that no landlord wants to hear regarding a ceiling leak, I immediately began to panic since it was very close to Christmas!
