I have had this company come out to my house multiple times. I had my Home built in 2020. and unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of different problems. I have had a roof problems, electrical problems, septic problems, kitchen, sink, problems, dishwasher problems, washing machine, problems, light fixtures you name it I have had to put so much money into this house that I don’t even have and it is only four years old. The beginning of my septic problems actually started within the first 24 hours of moving in my husband works three jobs sometimes four jobs. And we still have paycheck to paycheck. every time people from this company have come out. They have always been extremely knowledgeable and very gracious to me recently. They had to come out because I had to have my pump completely replaced. What they charged me for that was what another company was going to charge me just to come out. These folks would’ve been the first one I called, but unfortunately this happened over the weekend and I was trying to get a hold of a 24 Hour Pl. and most places were not open on Sunday. Thankfully I was able to get a hold of them first thing Monday morning and they were kind enough to be able to come out within a couple hours.. I believe this is the second time that I was able to meet the manager at one point he had responded with a comment to a post about my septic system a few months prior to my experiences in general whether be car maintenance or home maintenance. It just seems like it’s hard to trust a company that they will not only diagnose the problem correctly, but not charge you an arm and a leg and Cooper plumbing to me is just good old-fashioned hard-working family owned business that is not out to rob anyone by overcharging and price gouging. Their prices are good and they seem to be really good people. I am very pleased with them and I greatly appreciate every time that they have come out especially this last time. I have had a lot of folks online referred me to different plumbers each for their own reasons, but I have to say at this point in my own personal experience Cooper plumbing in Milton is definitely the best and who I would recommend. Should I ever come across a post asking for recommendations. I am very grateful to this company. We don’t have a lot of money and like many folks we are living paycheck to paycheck and I can’t thank them enough.
