Carrie was the most wonderful physical therapist. She is very encouraging. I also appreciated that she was the first PT who laid her hands to help isolate the areas where I was in pain. (after spinal fusion major operation. She took my exercises slowly, and stopped when it hurt me and then suggested what exercises would help me slowly heal and regain my strength.
The best way to help with chronic muscle tightness and pain! Carrie’s technique and purposeful pressure makes her deep tissue massage WONDERFUL for healing relief. If you have chronic muscle tension, I highly recommend Carrie’s deep tissue massage! You will love her sweet personality, attention to detail and relaxing environment.
Carrie is the best! She listens to you and takes the time to customize your massage to suit your time with her to make it very relaxing as well as therapeutic. Her facility is so clean, very warm and inviting! You are calmed the minute you step inside!
