We had a flat tire and had called for a tow truck. While waiting, I decided to try to change the tire myself in spite of age and health issues. While trying to get the spare out from the underside of my truck, Scott's Towing pulled up and started helping. It was not until several minutes after Carl started working did I realize that he was not who had been called but just a good Samaritan who saw us and wanted to help. He would not charge us. I have to say that if the folks at Scott's are the kind of people who will help strangers just out of the kindness of their hearts, you have to know that they will treat paying customers even better. I used their services last week as my car wouldn’t start, & I thought I’d require a tow to a repair shop as I wasn’t having luck jumpstarting it. I had seen previous reviews, & I remembered them from my time as a CCSO employee. Scott’s was so helpful. The price they quoted was reasonable, & the truck was to me in under an hour. He was actually able to get my car to jumpstart so they only charged me for the jump instead, & I drove my car to the repairer (turned out to be a dead cell in the battery). Was extremely pleased with my Scott’s Affordable Towing experience & highly recommend.
I called and needed a tow 2 miles after my truck died at a friends house. Someone was at my house in less than 30 minutes.
Fast, quick service and the price was right what I expected it to be!
