We've taken our dogs a few times here. Lorraine did so a great job cutting our pets' claws, so no complaints in the customer service area. However, I did had a little disappointing experience. So our puppy peeded & a worker named Cheryl brought out the bleach & paper and told us to clean it up. My daughter did cleaned the floor. I never been in asked in a dog grooming salon to clean after my pup. I dont mind cleaning after my pet, but I also feel her tone was somewhat rude.
The store wasn’t very busy, so seemed quaint. They have a pet grooming studio in the back, and the store is relatively small compared to petsmart or petco. Overall, they didn’t have everything I was looking for but alternatives were available. The cashier was pleasant to speak with and I would return if needed.
My favorite shop for Dog Food and Aquarium fish! Aaron and the woman Manager are wonderful! She is a great source of aquarium information . The tropical fish selection may be small but there is always a great variety of interesting fish to add to your aquarium! Aaron is cheerful and welcoming! I have cats, dogs, birds and fish and this is my go to store for all my pet's needs. Stop by and enjoy the wide variety of food, supplies and fishies! It will be your favorite Pet Supply shop too
