I acquired a property in Middleburg Fl via a foreclosure that had a tarp on the roof for over a year from the last hurricaine! I received a referral from another real estate professional in Middleburg for the roofing repair as I am in New Jersey and was not able to meet directly with roofers for the estimates. Mark T was professional, courteous and efficient and super fair on his pricing. He worked with me and even rescheduled the roof replacement after I had already signed the contract. He provided me pictures not only of the prior damage, but of the finished product when they were completed on the job. My experience with Mark T at Patriot Roofing Services was extremely the oposite as the last review that was left in 2016!
