I received a call back within a few minutes. Ralph came out early the next morning to accommodate my work schedule and took care of the issue in a very timely manner. Ralph done a great job on resealing the leaks on our Florida room roof. He was very thorough and helpful explaining and showing us what he done. I would recommend him for any job and will use him in the future when we need something done. A plus as well is the price was very fair and affordable.
