Greatstrides gave up on my grandson and removed him from the school. They do not communicate well with parents on any problems or progress on students. They don't offer recommendations of care for your Autistic childs behavior problems. My daughter pulled up to the school to drop my grandson off for school and they came out and notified her that he could no longer attend the school. She had just gotten him started on a new medication from his psychologist and they at GreatStrides wouldn't even give him a chance to see if the new medication was helping him. I would not recommend that you enroll your child with GreatStridesRehab.They wouldn't even give recommendations... read full review
My son utilizes Great Strides for ST, OT and PT and we love them! They are great at communication and informing parents of tips that can be continued at home. Anytime I have a question they are quick to respond. I also love how they make suggestions with his best interest in mind to help facilitate progress based on his abilities.
I have been to many Therapist for my son. Most of the time I feel like he is not getting the care that is needed. Well finally I have found a place that makes me feel secure that he is getting the services needed! Great Strides is professional, diligent, compassionate, and fight for your child’s needs. For almost 5 years my son has only been able to do limited sign language and no other ways of communication. Audrey got him immediately set up with a device that can be his voice! They go above and beyond for your child! Your child will be in great hands here! I highly recommend!
