Everglades review If I didn't bring my horse here, she would still be alive. I hold these people responsible for the death of my horse and even if I ignore that, the mind blowing negligence and mistreatment that occurred here is disgusting and despicable. I have never in my life encountered such an obscene excuse for care.My horse arrived off the trailer a healthy weight, happy and dappled. She was a very kind, well behaved horse loved by many. In less then a month, my horse who had been with me for nearly 20 years, and rarely EVER gave me issues coliced so severely that I had no choice but to let her pass on. I started boarding my horses at Everglade about 12 years ago. Even though I now have my own farm, I still use Everglade when I go on vacation and when there is hurricane in the area. It's safe, there are a lot of grazing paddocks, they feed beautiful hay, and they have years of experience.

Everglade Equestrian is a an exceptionally beautiful, well-run stable conveniently located a few minutes outside Gainesville. We boarded Shadow at Everglade Equestrian while our daughter attended UF and highly recommend this facility. Suzanne and CJ provide excellent, attentive care for all the horses, and the center includes large and impeccably maintained stalls, pastures and arena. They also have a very nice apartment attached to the barn. Excellent value for such an incredible center. Our horse and daughter were very happy here!
