At Zenfinity, whether we are providing intense deep-tissue massage or more gentle relaxation massage, we are focused on being facilitators for your healing. Healing YOU is something only YOUR mind and body can do. The main way we assist you in your healing is by coaxing your mind & body to "Let Go" of your tension and pain. The two most powerful tools in any therapy session, are your mind and your breath, so while we use my hands to stretch and massage your muscles, weI'll also coach you in a tranquil voice to take long deep breaths, and use the power of your mind to relax your body. In this way, the session is like a guided meditation in which you become a more active participant in your own therapy.
