An amazing school, whether you're wanting to become a RYT200, RYT300, or Yoga Therapist. Personally, I completed all three here at the Shala and I could not have made a better decision. A lot of community outreach, including yoga for PD, neuroplasticity, as well as student led classes focused on a wide variety of conditions.
The Shala is a Yoga Therapy school and Clinic. If you are interested in the applications of Yoga in a Therapeutic way, this is the best Place in Florida. They offers free yoga therapy community clinic for people looking for a complementary therapy for different conditions including Parkinson’s Disease and other neutro motor disorders, autism, ADHD, trauma recovery, anxiety disorder, scoliosis and all types of musculoskeletal imbalances.
