“This place was recommended by a neighbor and I am glad they did. I live in a townhouse so any exterior modifications require board approval. They handled all of the paperwork for me right away and the approval came the next day. Due to supply chain issues they forewarned us that there would be a delay in the window pane arrival (they manufacture everything locally in Medley but the panes come from elsewhere) and they kept to the original timeframe promised. Installation was amazingly quick and they were very clean and did a good job with the finishing plaster. The county building inspection came off without a hitch.Screens came a bit later and again no complaints at all. The owner, Robert, takes a personal interest in his customers and apart from coming to double check the measurements himself, kept us regularly informed throughout the process. We have already noticed reduced noise level in the bedroom where the windows were installed and reduced energy costs, even though it is summer. Jeremy was very professional in his sales presentation - and did not require the whole family to be present when he gave his sales presentation. The Mr. Glass impact sliding glass doors and windows arrived a month before projected (by either Jeremy or other estimates given by other firms.) The installation crew arrived on time, as scheduled. They finished the replacements within 3 hours, took all the old glass away and made sure that the entire area, both inside and out were clean. The installers were very professional. Now, you can hardly hear anything outside and the quality and finish of the doors and windows is simply outstanding.“
