We are new to Wags, but our experience so far has been nothing short of great. From the vets to the receptionists, everyone is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They make you feel completely at ease and welcomed, knowing your fur baby is in great hands. Our 9-month-old puppy just had her spay surgery earlier this week, and we couldn't be happier with how it all went. Dr. Ori and his team took the time to sit down with us beforehand, explaining the entire process and addressing all our concerns. After relocating from NYC and having been to Vets from the Upper East Side to Tulum, MX for my 18 yo Yorkie, these folks are the best (and I’ve interviewed & fired 2 in Brickell).
No money pays for the level of care, genuine empathy and peace of mind in having found this practice!

We are so picky about where we take our pets. Wags is the best vet we have ever been to. Dr Jordan is just the kindest and it is clear he loves animals and has a great passion for what he does. The team is always so patient with questions, sympathetic yet clear and concise. We always feel so comfortable and much less stressed taking our pets here because we know they are in great hands and will be so well taken care of.
