I am giving this pace two stars because the doctor and his assistant are very good and the eye exam was great as well. But everything else about this place is wrong. You call to make an appointment and it will be easy to get one, but be ready to wait hours. I went to get my contact lenses, was at their office for 3 hours. After one week I couldn't see well from one eye so I made an appointment to have my vision rechecked. Arrived half hour early and still had to wait over one hour more. When I asked the front desk lady (cuban lady with a bad attitude who seems to be upset at all times) she said "sorry you are the last on the list", so I just left. Save... read full review

Dr. De la Torre is very patient, nevertheless the overall customer service is awful! I have been visiting Vista Vision Center for the past two years with my two daughters for their prescription contact lenses. Every year I have trouble with my insurance Co. They keep billing the insurance Co. for contact lenses that I have not ordered through their store because they are very expensive. The office is very small and crowded and waiting time is approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Much of their employees do not speak English and take forever to manage simple paperwork.
