Super nice and let my daughter play with all the animals. We were waiting for the dwarf hamsters to come in but we waiting an hour and still no arrival so they took my number down and called me later to let me know they came in.

Visited the store today looking for a metal choke chain, a tiny ID tag, and a tiny collar. We when entered the store the cashier greeted us and offered to help us. Pet Supermarket may not be as large as Petsmart or Petco but we always go to the store because of the service their staff offers as soon as you enter. We are customers for life!

So this is typically my preferred pet store, I live in the neighborhood and I like the ease of access. However - today I go in to buy cat litter, I ask the young man working the register (Jacob - according to my receipt) is there is any deals on light weight litter.. he basically tells me to look for myself as signs are posted. No offer to help me carry my 40lbs or litter to the register.. when I get my large thing of litter to the register, he once again asks me to lift my large litter onto the counter.. ok - don't you have a skew you can scan? No offer to help me bring my heavy item to the car. Normally I really find the staff helpful but this guy could not give a flying F. Why have this guy do customer service if he can't be bothered?
