I came in on 8/9/24 with a tire that needed to be replaced for my daughter's car. Quick, efficient and professional service. Carlos was very quick and helpful in replacing the tire. I did an alignment as well - handled by Randy. Excellent again - quick and detailed. The staff at the checkout counter were very friendly and professional - Justin was very helpful. I was out within the hour and able to start work on time (they open early). Love the vibe here, everyone is so nice and they do great work. Will be back for new tires when needed for sure - this place is a gem amidst all the chaos at other tire places. Thank You so much!!!

I woke up on a Sunday morning in Miami Beach with a flat tire when I was supposed to make my way back home (4 hour drive). I have new run flat tires and was mentally preparing myself to pay $300+ for a new tire out the door. I called USA special tires and was quoted $80 out the door with a used run flat. However once I got there, Ruben told me that he could have it patched in no time. I was able to get in and out in under an hour for $20. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Amazing customer service - THANK YOU RUBEN!!!!!

Bodie (Jean) the best!!!!! Fixed my Benz for cheap the whole tire was sideways! Between him and Lizzy I’ve never had a better experience at a mechanic shop. Never going to anyone else else!!!!! Ask for them they will take care of you!!!
