Would give a 0 star if I could. My husband got a notification that the roses he ordered for Valentine's Day were delivered to my office 2/14 at 6:30pm (we close at 5) but they were not. I came in to work this morning 2/16 and they were sitting by the front door in the heat and direct morning sun. I checked the security cameras and saw them being left by the front door on a busy street at around 6pm on the 15th. Not only were they late, but the flowers were damaged, old, and limp and the arrangement was amateur and not at all pretty. They looked like they had been banged around in a hot car for two days. I made an order a few days back for their top bouquet for delivery as a birthday gift. The bouquet looked beautiful upon arrival, but the next day all the flowers were dead. After looking at the flowers the recipient discovered that the florist had cut the flowers and only left half an inch of stem. It seems they have no idea how to deal with flowers.
