Stay away from this company, we would have never hired this company if we had read all the review.On May 2, 2022 we signed a contract with The Window Professionals to replace 16 windows at our house, it is now October 2, 2023, the windows were paid in full October 26, 2022 and we still do not have all the windows. The company made two errors, first error, the company ordered the wrong size windows and second error, the windows were reordered without taking into consideration the .625 flange needed for the windows requiring a mullion. In May 2021 I purchased a CGI window from The Window Professionals (Miami). I was told CGI was a top-quality manufacturer, and that was one of the reasons I decided to spend a bit more than other quotes. A few days after installation, I noticed cloudiness in both panes, but only when struck with direct sunlight. After 2 unanswered emailed attempts to The Window Professionals about my concern, Andy replied to my 3rd email. After verification of the issue by The Window Professionals, the faulty window panes were swapped out for new ones. The problem was not solved.
