All I can say is wow. This is the best nail salon I’ve been to. Not only is it clean, organized, great at what they do, for me it’s the people. The customer service at Nail Swag is phenomenal, and that’s not something you find very often anymore. Every single employee there is kind, respectful, and wants you to be happy when you walk out of the salon. Specifically, Walter is just simply the best. He has done my nails a few times now and has wonderful customer service skills, making sure I’m happy with his work, comfortable, and reassures me every time if I have any problems to come back and he will fix it.
