I've been going to Sir Galloway for the past couple of months to bring my dress shirts. I am usually charged $4 per shirt.I went a couple of weeks ago to pick up my order and I was charged $12 per shirt. I explained that I am usually charged $4 and they said $4 is for laundering only, and I need to specify that I only want my shirts laundered the next time I visit. When I dropped off my shirts again I made sure to specify that I only wanted my shirts laundered and the staff acknowledged this. When I went to pick the order up the other day, I was again charged $12 per shirt. The best of the best in dry cleaning. I started using them many years ago based on the recommendation of my tailor who uses them for expensive suits and important garments. You can always find a cheaper dry cleaner, but not a better one than Sir Galloway.
