I waited over a month to write this review in hopes that they would do the right thing but apparently this is not important to the owners. Shiva dry cleaners completely destroyed this dress. They were apologetic once i arrived but refused to compensate me for the damage, and told me they would call me back with a solution. This was over a month ago, apparently they don't care or hold themselves accountable. Such a shame too since my husband and I live in the apartment building above this shop- we would have been long-term customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you want your wardrobe destroyed.

Slow service, overpriced, inconvenient hours, didn't even have my clothes when they said they would be ready.
