My AC was quite old and constantly giving issues right before last Christmas. I called out Service Experts to give it a tune up, in the vain hope that the unit could be resuscitated. Several technicians came out along with Juan L. After giving it a look, we determined that the AC was a lost cause.Juan gave a quote on a new unit and promised a fast turn-around to install. I compared the Service Experts offer along with a few other and went with Service Experts. Another team came out to install a day or two later without issue. In addition, he credited back the initial visit fee. I appreciate their speed, communication, and quality of the install so far.
